I'm a Human Resources professional and career strategist with 10 years of experience in HR and People and Culture across tech, retail, cleantech, consumer goods, and mining tech, with companies like Walmart, Amazon, Heineken, Loop Energy, and VRIFY. I've worked closely with individual contributors, people managers, and C-suite executives. I've seen what actually drives career growth, performance, and leadership development inside organizations.
I've seen firsthand the thin line between those who wait for opportunities and those who architect them. My career in HR gave me a deep understanding of the hidden mechanics of growth, from high stakes hiring conversations to strategic performance planning.
