When you run a resume screen, we store your email, the roles you're targeting, the job posting text you paste, your resume file and its extracted text, and the review the screen generates.

Your resume file lives in private storage. Access rules on the database mean only your own account can read your files, screens and results. Rachel can see screen records, target roles, scores and email addresses so she can support you and improve the tool.

Your resume text is sent to an AI model only to generate your review. It is not used to train models, and it is never sold or shared with recruiters or employers.

We keep your screens so you can re-run after editing and compare your scores over time. You can delete everything at any moment with the button below. Questions? Email racheldias@thedrivencareer.com.
